Hi, I’m Lilla, the person behind Spektrolit. The idea for my company came to me in 2024, during a time when I was going through major changes. After being part of a large layoff and facing a saturated job market, I saw how companies put candidates through multiple rounds of interviews—only to say at the end: We chose someone else this time. I decided I didn’t have the time or energy to play those games. I didn’t want to tie my self-worth to a Hunger Games-style competition, whether companies recognized my skills and capabilities or not. I started Spektrolit because I had an idea. While I continue working toward that vision, the company offers web development, software development, graphic design, and branding services. We place high importance on creating value for people. In the age of generative AI, human-made, custom solutions are more valuable than ever. It’s hard to replicate the bright imagination of the human mind—the inner universe. That’s why Spektrolit is with you from the very beginning. We support your idea with the right methods and tools.
